Wine Wednesday- South Walton Beaches Wine & Food Preview

South Walton Wine and Food Festival will present culinary feats alongside over 800 fine wines.

At Friday night’s Craft Beer and Spirits Jam, small plates will be prepared by local standouts like Cantina Laredo Mexican Gourmet, The Craft Bar, Long Leaf Food Truck, Cabana Café, The Marigny, Raw & Juicy, Another Broken Egg, Greek Gourmet, and Roux 30A.

On Saturday and Sunday, the Culinary Village is slated to offer food pairings, as well as personal access to the creatives who craft these divine dishes. Guest will nosh on bites prepared by world-wide respected Chef Laurent Deconink and Chef Michou Conu, and local stars such as Gary Serafin of Emerald Coast Catering, Yoshi Eddings of Harbor Docks, and Andy Mac of Mac Farms.

Among the many kinds of food delights guests will enjoy are assorted charcuterie, fresh hand rolled sushi, local Mac Farms produce and olive oils, decadent risotto with roasted duck and mushroom and delicate lobster starters.
