Pierre Sparr Crémant d’Alsace Brut Reserve is a renowned French bubbly produced in the region of Alsace just north of Champagne. Cremant wines are regulated and made with the “methode traditionelle” standards, just like their much pricier neighbors, champagne. This beauty is light yellow in hue with notes of melon and a crisp, dry, lemon acidity. It would pair well with sweet and briny fresh oysters or delicately grilled shrimp.
