8-10 plastic cups (8oz-10oz size)
1 quart strawberries sliced
2 pints blueberries
3-4 scoops of your favorite vanilla ice cream*
2 1/2 Cups whipped cream
Start by filling the bottom of each cup with sliced strawberries. Then add 1-2 spoons of ice cream. Continue layering with blueberries on top of the ice cream. Add another layer of strawberries. Add a layer of whipped cream. Add a final layer of blueberries and top with a spoonful of whipped cream.
Chill in fridge for 10 minutes.
*can use whipped cream instead of ice cream. If using ice cream serve immediately. IF using whipped cream, chill in fridge up to 1-2 hours.
