3 for 30A

OH, you better watch out. You better not cry. You better not pout, I’m telling you why…
Santa Claus is coming… to 30A!
Friday, December 18th – Tree decorated, check! Christmas lights on, check! There is a lot to do to prep for the holiday, and some traditions are more fun than others, but if we expect Santa to stop by we can’t forget the fresh baked cookies! This Friday pick up a dozen or so of your favorite pastries from La Loba’s Bakery in Blue Mountain Beach. Choose from chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin cookies to brownies, muffins, scones, and cinnamon rolls. They even offer organic whole grain breads, special order cakes, and gluten-free items. I recommend the chocolate cream cheese brownie; that is, only if you’re looking to guarantee a spot on the nice list this year.
Saturday, December 19th – Are you feeling a little jolly this weekend and looking to don that big red coat of yours? The Grayt Santa Pub Crawl is the party for you! This Saturday starting at 3:00 pick up a pub crawl wristband at the Red Bar and get ready for an evening of food, fun, drink specials, live music, and even a Santa costume contest. The party starts at Red Bar’s “Fire and Ice Bar”, complete with Fireball shots, an ice luge, crunchy chicken fingers, and live music from The Panhandlers. From there take the shuttle to Grayton Beer Company for some Voodoo Gumbo and a free beer. Next rock out to the 80’s Cover Band, Retro City, at Hurricane Oyster Bar and Grill and then close out the night at Pandora’s with more free food and drinks. Tickets are available online for $75.
Sunday, December 20th – Rise and shine, its breakfast time with Santa! Yes, the one and only St. Nick is making an appearance at The Pearl‘s Havana Beach Bar and Grill in Rosemary beach this Sunday from 8:00am to 11:00pm. Make your reservations and bring the whole family for a delicious breakfast with menu options that include Ceviche Style Salmon, Chicken and Waffles, Torrijas, or assorted soups, salads, and sandwiches. Then spend the afternoon at the 30A Farmer’s Market in the center of town. It is a great place to find unique and local products or produce, and possibly that perfect last minute gift for the holidays.
