30AFoodandWine.com wants to extend enthusiastic congratulations to all the winners of this year’s Best of the Emerald Coast. Votes have been cast and counted and we are not surprised to find that a few of our 30A favorites made the list.
Friday, Oct 23rd – Not only does the Red Bar in Grayton Beach serve Emerald Coast’s best Bloody Mary, but it was also voted overall Best Restaurant in Walton County. The menu is simple but varied, and the atmosphere is eclectic yet comfortable. Find yourself spending the entire afternoon soaking up sun with friendly folks on the porch, or stay late night for live music and libations. The Red Bar is a local legend (and celebrities dig it too) so come out this Friday and see for yourself. Dinner serves until 10PM, music until 11PM, and bar open until 12AM.
Saturday, Oct 24th – Who was awarded best Brewery? Grayton Beer Company! How about the best dessert? Café Bolo! And where can you find all the winners in one place? Well this Saturday the Best of the Emerald Coast will be lined up right here in Grand Boulevard from 6PM – 9PM. It will be a festive evening of food, fun, fashion, and entertainment. Many of the winners will be offering complimentary food and beverages and even sample products. Buy your ticket to see all the winners and your support will benefit the Junior League of the Emerald Coast.
Sunday, Oct 25th – On Sunday come out Blue Mountain Beach for a bountiful brunch at the Best Locally Owned Restaurant on the Emerald Coast, Marie’s Bistro! Hanie and Marie have made an art of making their guests feel welcome and leave feeling very full! Sunday brunch is offered from 10AM to 2PM with an assortment of breakfast classics like omelets and eggs, but also burgers, smoked salmon, or sausage shrimp and grits. Lunch and dinner menus offer everything from sandwiches and salads to fresh seafood and sushi. And if the food and friendly folks weren’t enough, Marie’s offers specials, happy hours, and game nights. Perk up your ears this Sunday for music bingo and could win a Bistro prize.
