3 for 30a – The Sun, Moon, Brunch and Chicken and Waffles
Happy weekend to you and yours here in beautiful South Walton. Looking for some ideas to get out and about on 30a this weekend? Check out our top picks for Friday, Saturday and Sunday (brunch of course) here in South Walton.
Friday July 29th-
Stop by Wine Bar at Grand Boulevard beginning at 5PM for a unique dining experience. The team at the Wine Bar will be creating off-menu creations to focus on the farm-to-table theme. Menu selections are fresh products from local purveyors and farmers to delight your palate. This week’s menu features we are looking forward to are the peel-and-eat Royal Red Shrimp and the Fried Oyster Pasta. Be sure and tag any of your dishes you try with #30afoodandwine.
Saturday July 30th-
Bring the whole family out for Topsail Under the Stars at Topsail Hill Preserve State Park. The NorthWest Florida Astronomy Association invites everyone to come out and view the sun, moon and stars through various telescopes on Saturday evening. Admission to the park and for the event is free, but be sure toe arrive early as the park entrance closes at 6:30. THE event runs from 4:30PM until 9:30PM. Check out Facebook for more information and we look forward to seeing you there.

Sunday July 31st
Come out for the Sunday Bayside Brunch at the Bay Restaurant in South Walton. We highly recommend the Bay’s version of Crab Cake Benedict. This delicious creation boasts lump crab cakes over fried eggplant, two poached eggs with hollandaise and villa task potatoes. Diners can’t go wrong with the South Walton favorite, chicken and waffles.
