3 for 30a – Boots, A Singing Bartender and Lighting McQueen
Summer is almost over here in paradise! Kids are heading back to school and those of us with AT&T cell service will soon be able to use our phones again!
Every week, the team here at 30afoodandwine.com puts our heads together to come up with at least three things to check out over the weekend. There are literally hundreds of things to experience each weekend here in South Walton and 30a. Hopefully, we can shed some light on some of our favorites and a few that you may not have considered before.
Friday August 5th –
Pull your cowboy boots on and head out to Trebeache in Blue Mountain Beach for Boots on Blue Mountain. Experience some outlaw country music with the Dreaded Forrest Band. Doors open at 7PM and the show starts at 8PM. Tickets can be purchased in advance at Trebeache or by calling 850-937-7793. Hope to see you there.

Saturday August 6th –
What’s better than a great bartender? How about a singing bartender? Be sure and stop in at Redd’s Fueling Station in Blue Mountain Beach starting at 6:30 on Saturday evening for the latest installment of the “Singing Bartender.” With hundreds of songs in her repertoire, Redd is sure to brighten up your evening. Sunday August 7th
Want to wind down the weekend with the whole family? Make your way to the Village of Baytowne Wahrf inside the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort for Sunday Cinema. The show starts at 8PM with the family friendly Cars 2. Join along as Lightning McQueen and Mater take on Francesco Bernoulli in this Pixar classic.
